No growth no hikes no increment nothing, even if u take initiative there is no growth ulll be stuck to just yearly increments which is peanuts or child’s pocket money worth lesser ig

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.

Good work culture and enviornment, its 5 days working here with plenty of leaves. Company policies are decent.

The compensation is very less and less scope of career growth here. The appraisals is very low here. Feedback are given but that should be implemented too.

The hr and admin is well managed.

Dislikes

They make you work like a slave doing menial tasks. You are forced to do overtime at very menial pay. No job growth. Lots of politics and no support from team leaders or management. All of the good people have left over the years. They will harass you even for taking 2-3 minutes longer loo breaks. People are treated like shit and their customers are too. They underhire and customers don't get their updates on time and all the blame goes to people at the lowest end of the foodchain- the customer care are delivery agents.

...has reached its peak. For the name of career growth, the company is doing scams. They are dissolving departments as per their wish & advising the employees to relocate to the new city either with the current salary package or in case someone is cracking the interview of a senior position they are just giving hike of 8-12% on CTC in a tier 1 city it means the end of the month the in-hand salary will be increased by maximum 500 INR. it is not clear whether they are giving increment or treating the employees as a beggar
