Good work culture and enviornment, its 5 days working here with plenty of leaves. Company policies are decent.

Dislikes

The compensation is very less and less scope of career growth here. The appraisals is very low here. Feedback are given but that should be implemented too.

The hr and admin is well managed.

Dislikes

They make you work like a slave doing menial tasks. You are forced to do overtime at very menial pay. No job growth. Lots of politics and no support from team leaders or management. All of the good people have left over the years. They will harass you even for taking 2-3 minutes longer loo breaks. People are treated like shit and their customers are too. They underhire and customers don't get their updates on time and all the blame goes to people at the lowest end of the foodchain- the customer care are delivery agents.

Likes

Great organization with People, Service and Profit philosophy. Work culture is all inclusive, team supportive and transparent. Gaming areas, festival celebrations, birthday celebrations and farewells are other positive thing. Annual appraisals are transparent and good. Management is very supportive for their people.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but growth is slow, unless you get any promotion. Sometimes decision making is also delayed.
