Culture values, policies, processes, work environment, compensation & benefits, career growth opportunities, learning & development, appreciation and encouragement, rewards and recognition are few amongst many other critierias that stand out in FedEx. I have had no other opportunity other than FedEx as MNC to have worked with and it was really an enjoyable and a satisfactory tenure for me.

Dislikes

On rare occasions may have a new manager from a different cultural background with many big untested ideas that he/she may be considering opting to implement in a hurry without weighing its pros and cons. This happens more so as the individual feels insecure and has come in by selling big ideas and committed to demonstrate his/her mettle. At times dissenting views offered by you to your immediate superior may not bode well for your own career progression. But of course this is true for a superior who either has not experienced the FedEx culture enough or has no clue on the values that FedEx stands for. However, because of transparency and equal opportunity culture you have a voice and management will make a course correction once they are provided visibility. The strong processes are facilitators to make objectives meet for every such circumstances. Change management at FedEx is a well thought of process that involves patience, discussions at various levels, analytics and assessment of benefits that would accrue in the short and long term with well drawn timelines. This is to be appreciated.

at the time of lockdown company was not prepare or you can say they take is very lightly there was not proper planing about how employs will do work from home or they move there pc at there home or connectivity.

Dislikes

after merge with various company management is not good. upper management never discuss about growth or updates with ground level staff. there is too politics in management.
