The work culture is very good and leaders are very supportive as well as the HOD. People get to learn a lot of new things and this company always pays salary on time and salary appraisal also takes place. Very good and friendly work culture and it feels like my second home.

...here as a hr recruiter, i closed so many profiles, but they hold each and every profile, also they cut your salary every month for any reason, no matter how much effort you can give for them, even they forced hr to move in sales, whenever they didn't find the candidate 1st they threat to go different companies talk to them and take the candidates after that if you are unable to find ,they forced you to move in sales or forced to put the resign, whenever you give them closure of particular position they will not give you the joining they will hold the profile due to the budget constraints, there was no any facilities, for employee as well they will not provide you the paid leaves with in 6months, if you are applying for the leaves they will not approve and do your pay cut, such a worst work culture, don't join, and don't spoil your career, they can fire you any time with out no reason, the reason they can only show is out of budget.

...ey asks to fulfill the assignment target even when they do not have fresh cases. They offers 18k CTC to freshers, many will think wow what a nice salary but trust me you will be with no choice except leaving the job in no time, as there is so much politics and disgusting working environment. Even the job they asks you to provide is not upto the mark.. only person who has no other alternatives or in a very bad situation will remain working here.. I will suggest everyone who ever thinking to join, just remain jobless for sometime you will surely get something best but don't go for this one.. All the best

There is no job security. For some reason, they will put you on No Work No Pay without any written proof, If you ask them to provide they will deny it. Then they will tell you that they can probably call all NWNP employees, and suddenly you will receive a call from HR that We don't have a requirement for you so we are releasing you. What is this, in first place why did you hire us, IS THAT A JOKE TO YOU? What do you see on there social platforms are all fake. With out any warning terminated unexpectedly from job. Salary deducted 2 days for the 1 day leave. Mentally torchure happening by the Team Leader and management level every day. No security for your job.
