Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Very bad company for working at shop floor. Doesn't provide fan at shop floor, also there is no time for lunch break also they said that the company is mnc but no mnc like system is there. No canteen and place for lunch

Company support to all employees..with increase in working hours ..duty time increase from 8 hours to 12 hours . And the reason behind that.. employees was not came after lockdown at companies dead line..due to traveling problems. All over culture is good...but without any facilities like traveling or canteen. No any increment in this year.
