Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Good work environment and management support company policy good every year good salary hike and bonus.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow due to small organisation's less man pawar training not given management doesn't address our issues.

Very bad company for working at shop floor. Doesn't provide fan at shop floor, also there is no time for lunch break also they said that the company is mnc but no mnc like system is there. No canteen and place for lunch

Dislikes

Working environment, Work load, Shop floor control Manpower is not sufficient No canteen facility

Company support to all employees..with increase in working hours ..duty time increase from 8 hours to 12 hours . And the reason behind that.. employees was not came after lockdown at companies dead line..due to traveling problems. All over culture is good...but without any facilities like traveling or canteen. No any increment in this year.

Dislikes

No any facilities.. communication is not good of senior staff ..for operaters ( jr engineer)
