...rk environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. company policies are good. Appraisal are enough fair and they give enough salary hike and don't expect bonus.

There is a lot of politics and racial discrimination. Management doesn't address staff issues. Career growth is too slow. Important is the training session are too complicated. My opinion is It should be want easy to understanding for the staff. Trainer are so boring.

Today is 10th October 2024. It is 2nd day of Durga Puja. Suddenly in the middle of Durga Puja the management wok e up from sleep and decided to cancel the planed leave of all store staffs of West Bengal and declared that only one day leave will be granted. In case the decision was shared months back employees should have planned accordingly. However, as it is decided in the middle of Puja. It has made things worst. Complete worthless management.

Fabindia is one of reputed Pvt Ltd company in retail industry. one who wants a good start in his carrier can select fabindia as starter booster. Management is good but it actually depend upon store to store and the working environment of that area.

There is no standardized working system, And there is partiality for Saturday off Like someone has all Saturday off, and someone has alternate Saturday off, and someone has no Saturday off.
