A lot of internal company politics, the company is a lala company. Aadarsh(co founder) is a sadist person, he treats people like garbage. Doesn't hesitate to fire. The attrition is extremely high and no one is happy inside the company.

They have put me n mush of the staff on leave without pay since june.. n prior to that they deducted 20% of the salary with mandatory 7 days deduction. Yhe CEO's are taking 25% deduction, The ceo's think there is only 5% gap between then and thr rest of the employees.

... the operation VP.vp do only macro management and cheap class mentality he have.every day work on cost cutting formula, totally unsecured professional life. Very cheap than a garbage box.

Dislikes

Mangers do only favourite employees promotion.managers are low qualified and political person. They fire anyone at any point of time because Vp is like that. HR is useless there they do as per the company VP not as per the policy. Policy works only on paper not in real time. Overall worst company ever.

In terms of a startup, It's quite good. It's not overly strict; the timing is flexible, and there's no unnecessary salary deduction. The rest depends on your manager. Compared to other competitors and startups, they pay well. They pay very generously to senior management.
