Hybrid , no fix time to stay in office, Managers are good and supportive.

... don't have expect good hike.From last 2 years we are getting single digit hike. Your salary will be far away from market standard if you join EY GDS. Don't expect promotions. Everyone is leaving and attrition rate is high due to low hike.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

A good MNC with lots of good policies in place for employee benefits. The pay can be good if you know how to play your cards

Work can be hectic sometimes. There is very little/no view on what value is added for the clients. Acts like an secondary work outsourcing from US or other partners

If you are lucky enough to be part of the right team, you'll have good work life balance and a good team culture where you'll at least not be absolutely terrified of Mondays and drag through your week for the weekend. The leave policy was good while I was working at EYGBS. My team and team culture was devoid of toxic politics and I had the opportunity to decide what I want to do.

...ned in the JD also, the actual job is far from what the initial expectation was. The hiring process is a nightmare, salary is miniscule, almost every function has absolute chernobyl level toxicity, leaders favour their own people. Talent is colluded with head hunters for hiring and you'll get zero results on applying directly to career page. I was a part of an internal support team and had access to data and people from various functions in EY GBS. Apart from the fact that there is absolutely no clarity to ANYONE what they are doing, if you are a yapper you might succeed but in an incompetent space such as EY GBS, your likeability is your biggest asset, since there is no real work that gets done here.

..., paying in pennies, long working hours, booze, being wasted, and no upskilling. In short, it's like the life of a person who got their first job all party mood, but low salary, leading to a happy life with stability.

Dislikes

No learning and growth, have to butter the seniors, low salary, hell for introverts. But but you will really enjoy the culture here, company spends a lot here for team bonding activities
