Nothing, I didn't find anything good in that organisation within my 2 years of work there

Dislikes

Everything 1. Office dirty politics 2. No transparency 3. Micro-Management 4. Very little or no hike in salary and they will give you same excuse every year that US and Europe market are down 5. No promotion, how can you expect a promotion when the organisation is struggling to pay you yearly hikes 7. No cab service 8. No subsidised cafeteria 9. No work life balance, they will ask you to work on Saturday as well. 10. No benefits over and above your salary 11. No team outing or any team activity, its always work, work and only work 12. The manager will always act like a boss, never as a leader 13. Whenever any project will have some mistake, they will out the blame on their juniors and leave no chance to take creadit if project will get appreciation from the client 14. Toxic culture and environment 15. They will make you fake promises regarding the work during interviews and then you will find that the work is totally different. 16. THINK BEFORE JOINING EY GDS. ALWAYS CONSIDER ANOTHER COMPANY OVER IT.

..., paying in pennies, long working hours, booze, being wasted, and no upskilling. In short, it's like the life of a person who got their first job all party mood, but low salary, leading to a happy life with stability.

Dislikes

No learning and growth, have to butter the seniors, low salary, hell for introverts. But but you will really enjoy the culture here, company spends a lot here for team bonding activities

Working hours are fine. No work pressure outside of 9-5

Salary, benefits, unsupportive work culture. Nobody will stand by you everyone will look for someone to put the blame on and noone is of much help, everyone is as clueless as a layman!

...didates hence doesn't take freshers in internal interview... Lack of learning... But you will enjoy as work life balance is very good also salary and hikes are very good

This company is a pay master. Compared to other similar companies, this company pays very well, just the employee has to be allocated to any project

Dislikes

Company hired a lot of employees because they were expecting an organizational split, now they want to downsize. They are using 'Return to office' as a tool to downsize. So, whoever is far from office locations who cannot go to office, this is a huge drawback
