The Good thing is the relation we had in our team and the occasional team events and dinners. The office was a vibe.

During seasons, it is very stressful and would have to work long hours and the salary for the analytics team were very low

There was adequate work life balance at least before the pandemic. I joined as a a fresher and hence a lot of learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Low salary and low work satisfaction were my primary reason for leaving. Pay is not very competitive, and a lot of time was spent on POCs and minor tasks.

Nothing, I didn't find anything good in that organisation within my 2 years of work there

Everything 1. Office dirty politics 2. No transparency 3. Micro-Management 4. Very little or no hike in salary and they will give you same excuse every year that US and Europe market are down 5. No promotion, how can you expect a promotion when the organisation is struggling to pay you yearly hikes 7. No cab service 8. No subsidised cafeteria 9. No work life balance, they will ask you to work on Saturday as well. 10. No benefits over and above your salary 11. No team outing or any team activity, its always work, work and only work 12. The manager will always act like a boss, never as a leader 13. Whenever any project will have some mistake, they will out the blame on their juniors and leave no chance to take creadit if project will get appreciation from the client 14. Toxic culture and environment 15. They will make you fake promises regarding the work during interviews and then you will find that the work is totally different. 16. THINK BEFORE JOINING EY GDS. ALWAYS CONSIDER ANOTHER COMPANY OVER IT.

If you are lucky enough to be part of the right team, you'll have good work life balance and a good team culture where you'll at least not be absolutely terrified of Mondays and drag through your week for the weekend. The leave policy was good while I was working at EYGBS. My team and team culture was devoid of toxic politics and I had the opportunity to decide what I want to do.

...ned in the JD also, the actual job is far from what the initial expectation was. The hiring process is a nightmare, salary is miniscule, almost every function has absolute chernobyl level toxicity, leaders favour their own people. Talent is colluded with head hunters for hiring and you'll get zero results on applying directly to career page. I was a part of an internal support team and had access to data and people from various functions in EY GBS. Apart from the fact that there is absolutely no clarity to ANYONE what they are doing, if you are a yapper you might succeed but in an incompetent space such as EY GBS, your likeability is your biggest asset, since there is no real work that gets done here.

..., paying in pennies, long working hours, booze, being wasted, and no upskilling. In short, it's like the life of a person who got their first job all party mood, but low salary, leading to a happy life with stability.

Dislikes

No learning and growth, have to butter the seniors, low salary, hell for introverts. But but you will really enjoy the culture here, company spends a lot here for team bonding activities
