... Partners are approachable. Excellent cafeteria, food and travel arrangements. Salary is at par with other Big 4. Lot of international exposure.

Lot of travel for for me. Several trips to client locations. Partner taking time to reimburse the hugh expenses I had undertake.

...understanding, Work from home was available even when the pandemic wasn't there. Good yearly bonus.

A little bit of office politics exists, Fewer salaries comparatively, Work-life balance is not given more importance.

...ies: related to leaves, promotions, reports, breaks, zero additional facilities. Minimal pay, disparity, extended work hours, never changed even after EY Aquisition. Hence had to leave, with no future.

Everything 1. Office dirty politics 2. No transparency 3. Micro-Management 4. Very little or no hike in salary and they will give you same excuse every year that US and Europe market are down 5. No promotion, how can you expect a promotion when the organisation is struggling to pay you yearly hikes 7. No cab service 8. No subsidised cafeteria 9. No work life balance, they will ask you to work on Saturday as well. 10. No benefits over and above your salary 11. No team outing or any team activity, its always work, work and only work 12. The manager will always act like a boss, never as a leader 13. Whenever any project will have some mistake, they will out the blame on their juniors and leave no chance to take creadit if project will get appreciation from the client 14. Toxic culture and environment 15. They will make you fake promises regarding the work during interviews and then you will find that the work is totally different. 16. THINK BEFORE JOINING EY GDS. ALWAYS CONSIDER ANOTHER COMPANY OVER IT.

If you are lucky enough to be part of the right team, you'll have good work life balance and a good team culture where you'll at least not be absolutely terrified of Mondays and drag through your week for the weekend. The leave policy was good while I was working at EYGBS. My team and team culture was devoid of toxic politics and I had the opportunity to decide what I want to do.

...ned in the JD also, the actual job is far from what the initial expectation was. The hiring process is a nightmare, salary is miniscule, almost every function has absolute chernobyl level toxicity, leaders favour their own people. Talent is colluded with head hunters for hiring and you'll get zero results on applying directly to career page. I was a part of an internal support team and had access to data and people from various functions in EY GBS. Apart from the fact that there is absolutely no clarity to ANYONE what they are doing, if you are a yapper you might succeed but in an incompetent space such as EY GBS, your likeability is your biggest asset, since there is no real work that gets done here.
