Long projects with same clients becomes monotonous, Appraisal portal only on paper. Delayed and not so transparent appraisal, HR team is almost non-existent.

Work life balance, good amount of opportunities to explore and grow yourself.

Compensation is below market standards leadership should look into that. Very less R&R conducted, so very less motivating atmosphere

... management leave the organization and those who replace them they are not upto. They are trying to implement US work culture, like hire fire culture but in terms of package they are not even follow Indian market. The new top management don't even respect those who spend more than a decade in the organization.
