I like security department because they always stands for us and checks everything for the safety of Exl service and teammates were very supportive. Exl teached me lot of things.

Dislikes

They should focus on salary which is very low and politics have too much there and no growth for them who don't know the politics. Specially transport department provide the cab after 30-40 minutes of shift ending, they don't understand the valuation of time.

Job security ,infrastructure ,somewhere company policies. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Teammates was not good ,no growth and no medical insurances facilities were provided ,salary issues and not a good work environment

Good work environment and culture. Teammates and Manager are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria, gaming arcade and gym for good health. appraisals are fair.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
