Less salary compared to other companies. Biased salary plans for tier2 college students over IITians,even though the work remains the same.

Working environment and company culture is excellent. Just Do your work efficiently and you don't have a problem. In my team, there is no overtime, only if you are managing your task well.

Dislikes

The Appraisal and Promotion is a problem in EXL. The incentive is there to soothe you, however the salary is still average. You can say the work load is according to the salary.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good, bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent and career growth is slow.

I like the culture and the atmosphere of the office. Management is also the plus point of the review and they should also be appreciated for there hard work.

Salary package is excellent for experienced. Fresher will get the decent amount.
