I'm working in EXL from last 4 years , good environment to work but problem is salary as compare to other companies exl is very poor about salary Promoted as QCA and still didn't got appraisal for it so sad.. Best for freshers only for minimum 2 years then u have to leave it otherwise u will stuck there.

...ises were nothing but false messages that trapped me into a different reality. The management had assured promotions and substantial salary hikes, but when the time for appraisal arrived, they simply presented excuses about policies or the need for more experience. It became apparent that my situation was not understood, and I was expected to work even on my worst days. It felt as though everyone was treated as a mere cog in the machine, with no individual recognition or consideration. While verbal appreciation for my work was occasionally expressed, it never translated into tangible promotions or advancements in my job title. The organization seemed to favor employees who excelled in communication skills rather than those who consistently delivered exceptional work. It became evident that the weight of one's words carried more value than the actual quality of their work. Furthermore, the highest increment provided during appraisals was consistently below 10%, which severely limited any potential for personal and professional growth within the organization. The lack of substantial salary increases further hindered the prospect of career advancement and created a discouraging environment for employees. In conclusion, my experience at EXL Services' corporate office has been deeply disappointing. The initial promises of promotions and salary hikes turned out to be empty gestures, leaving me feeling trapped and undervalued. The organization's culture seemed to prioritize communication skills over the quality of work, and the increments offered during appraisals were significantly below industry standards. I sincerely hope that the management at EXL Services takes these concerns seriously and works towards creating a more transparent and rewarding environment for their employees.

Everything Salary variation is too much Let's take one employee is getting 4 LPA but another employee for same post same lob may be getting 10 LPA NON AC CAB

...sion - a) Career Progression is so skewed - heavy favoritism in promotions b) Compensation - Below industry average compensation given to employees, recruitment decisions are primarily made on the basis of package to be offered, rather than knowledge & skill. I am an interviewer myself, so know the process being followed here.
