The good thing I noticed in this group is salary is on time.

I have long list of bad things in this group... I know every employee have so many complaint with its office. But it's really worst place to work. The manager vinay pal is worst man I could ever see. He will treat you like you don't know anything he knows everything. Company will treat you good till they have enough work load after that they will shout at you without reason... They will mail you with last warning ⚠️...so and so.....they will harass you so that you give resign and go.... Rest you may understand well... And the company is target based they don't need quality they just believe in quantity.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Other facilities like transportation and food also provided by the company itself.

Dislikes

Although work culture was good enough but appraisals and salary hike was poor and growth is slow.

I like the culture and the atmosphere of the office. Management is also the plus point of the review and they should also be appreciated for there hard work.

Salary package is excellent for experienced. Fresher will get the decent amount.

Except the online trainings, everything is pathetic!!!

Promotion and Salary hikes are Pathetic!!! Upper leadership are the real world blood sucking worms, they don't hesitate even if they could suck 10 rupees from you...I haven't seen the level of cost cutting in any other company compared to what EXL have...very degraded corporate culture..!!!!

one aspect that I found less satisfactory was the salary, which I felt was not up to the mark. Despite this, the enriching experience and the excellent work culture made my time at EXL worthwhile.
