It was ok as all big MNCs but there a many pros and cons like every organization Job security is there . They don't terminate u simply unless u don't do anything against their compliances They even paid me during the time of pandemic without doing any job Employee centric company it is

Politics , favorism , discrimination , cab comes before 1.5 hours or 2 before the work and leaves very late Sometimes I felt school was much better No Saturday or Sunday holidays Too much rules and regulations If u work you'll get paid only Long procedure to take leaves also

I like the culture and the atmosphere of the office. Management is also the plus point of the review and they should also be appreciated for there hard work.

Dislikes

Salary package is excellent for experienced. Fresher will get the decent amount.

Their work culture is good overe there all supervisors and managers are supportive.

Their salary structure they don't do increment as employee expectations. And also they don't offers good salary to their employees in insurance Process.

EXL Service is a good company overall in case of IJPs. If you are looking to learn and grow fast EXL is a good option.

The only drawback in working with EXL is the salary. The salary is very low as compared to market standards and if someone wants to leave they don't have a retention policy of offering an increment. No matter how how big of an asset you are for the company they won't retain you unless you are on the level of OPS manager and above. Even if your manager tries the HR won't approve a pay raise. On The contrary while hiring QA from outside they offer good package but won't offer the same to a QA who has been outperforming in the process and seems to be a valuable asset.

Salary... they give salary in penny, chillers, Managers. I want to take names Kiran and mukesh ( she is real evil ) Ther are the real enemy they will cut you down after hiring 1.5 lac to 2 lac freshers😆 this is how they justify their salary... You can't take you CL PL SL, if you want you have to work on Saturday, I don't know when or ever government will look these matters? They will deduct employees PF plus employers pension amount from your salary 😆😆😆 And because you are the employee you cant argue about it because boss is always right.. (This is Illigal) And HRs they will sell themselves in just 2 thousands. Good luck 🤞
