The hardworking people who deserve to promoted but they don't get it . Which is very much demotivating. Career growth is very slow. There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address.

Dislikes

1. Zero work life balance. 2. Saturday and some sundays too you will have to work. 3. Attrition rate of over 45% speaks volumes about the culture 4. Old Vs New lobby, where only the old junk will succeed 5. Average tenure of new recruits is less than 19-20 months 6. Processless and systems less organization 7. Toxic work environment because of some old junks waiting for their retirement and extention after that. 8. These old junk treat the new recruits as threat to them.

It's ok ok. I am working here since July-23 to till date. I observed a lot of things like here is no work life balance and toxic atmosphere. 1.Work life balance 2. Every day going like closing day 3. Toxic atmosphere 4. Biased appraisal system
