Compensation and benefit not good. Work life balance is also not good Job security also uncertain

Salary on time, senior are very co operative, job security, travel expenses and allowance, faster claim settlement, good incentive policy, good work culture

Nothing much dislike, some time work life balance difficult to maintain , increment is less

The way nowadays upper management are trying to make policies so strict, each & every people is getting disturbed working over here... No proper timing of meeting. Not a single policy/norms they carry on properly, every thing is like pilot project to them. No proper training is given. No proper planning before execution.

Good work environment and culture.they give salary very poor but bonus give every year.salary give proper time.

1. Salary on the last date of the month. 2. Travel expenses being cleared within 7 days. 3. Brand recall among end consumer.

Dislikes

1. Zero work life balance. 2. Saturday and some sundays too you will have to work. 3. Attrition rate of over 45% speaks volumes about the culture 4. Old Vs New lobby, where only the old junk will succeed 5. Average tenure of new recruits is less than 19-20 months 6. Processless and systems less organization 7. Toxic work environment because of some old junks waiting for their retirement and extention after that. 8. These old junk treat the new recruits as threat to them.
