Feedback is rarely constructive. Criticism is harsh and unhelpful, leaving you feeling demotivated. The workplace culture in the HcSc project is detrimental to mental health. I’ve never felt more stressed.

Senior management seems completely disconnected from the daily struggles of employees. Bureaucratic red tape makes it difficult to implement new ideas or improvements.

The office layout is restrictive and stifles collaboration. We're discouraged from talking to each other. This company is a youth-centric nightmare. If you're over 30, you might as well pack your bags. Experience doesn't matter here; only looks do.
