Talent is overlooked; only those who brown-nose advance. Poor work-life balance. Expect to work late nights and weekends without any recognition or compensation.

I've been stuck on a Performance Improvement Plan for months without any clear feedback. It feels like a trap. I can’t believe how convoluted the process is; it’s exhausting. No regard for mental health or work-life harmony. High turnover rates say it all. People are leaving because they can’t take it anymore.

The office politics are unbearable. It’s hard to get anything done with all the backstabbing. The endless cycle of praise for those who conform to management’s expectations is disheartening for those of us who truly work hard.

1. Stringent enforcement, implementing a rigorous approach to punctuality and time mgmt. 2. Dress code, being in formals is compulsary mon- thursday. 3. Limited professional growth opprtunities, irrespective of experince and merit we have though coming from outside. 4. Limited Possiblilites for maintataing a healthy work life balance 5. Taking our available leaves also very challenging, 6. No scope for celebration of festivals. i feel adressing these pain points will not only contribute to a more supportive and productive Work enviroronment.but also foster a strong and more positive relationship between the orgn and its workspace.
