There’s a lack of training and support for new hires. I felt lost and overwhelmed from day one. You can’t enjoy the perks when you’re chained to your desk.

It’s frustrating to see the same people promoted over and over while others are ignored. If you want to feel like a disposable resource, this is the perfect job for you. Clients are often met with resistance when they seek clarification on project deliverables.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The pay structure is misleading, and the work environment is toxic. This place is all about red tape. You're expected to sacrifice your personal life for this place. I’ve never seen a workplace with such high turnover rates. It’s clear that no one wants to stick around for long. Management is completely out of touch with the workforce. They ignore serious problems.
