I feel great that I am part of the company, who serves for international market globally. The company developed the well known policies and adapts clearly defined structure. I get the opportunities for getting trained about the new projects and their requirements. I feel that I am part in a great team with expertise in their respective functions. I have the opportunity to work with the people from various cultural background. Moreover, I like the company's policies.

Dislikes

There is lot of learning opportunities and could get trained in many new concepts. fair remuneration to meet the expenses. Fair job security. The yearly appraisal procedure ensures each employees strengths and area of improvements. Could able to meet many Auditors from many countries to understand the current needs of competitive market and implement the requirements promptly.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
