No carrier growth and we need to work more and more but no salary high more than 1000 same they will give less salary for same position comparing to other industries

15000 bonus for every dipavali. That is only benefits for Service leaders. Maximum benefits goes to business partners and their technicians. It is not good for Service leaders.

Less salary for Service leader also very less salary increments in every year.

Low salary and not fix salary and there new system call not connect with the customer If it's connect customer check and ignore the call because it's call from the company we will call many times then customer pic the call I think it's a waste

I learned many things like systematic, How to behaviour customer & coworkers, mainly I developed my skills, salary is less but benefits of other category & managing life. I feel soo bad leaved Eureka forbes. Eureka Forbes has now most developed company. Some BP doing mistakes it will affect company.

Dislikes

Company is good most unliked is internal some coworkers doing politics & favours. No motivation to employee not performing person. Politics between Employee & Same as Business partner.

I have earned many things from Eureka Forbes. I started sales in Eureka Forbes learnt how to handle key accounts, Distribution management, Team Handling, Coordination between different verticals. Apart from this have done self learning courses which is an in house learning system
