Essjay Ericsson is a good company for maintenance. It is very good for customer who want a strength signal.

Dislikes

Salary for maintenance engineers is very poor. Also it is not good for health because in winter there is a lot of problems.

The company is very fast in regarding project and operation completed successfully as per customer satisfaction.I feel that very good platform for learner's where employee can show his ability.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes,I have to work 18-20 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls sometimes late into the night.I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but the mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal.

Plus point of company is that my colleague comes from various cultural background,and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is very low and growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometime, I have to 14-18 hours straight in a day

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Olive the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad , especially to tha us and india

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, buy growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Somtimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometime last into the night.
