New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

1) This company is not in Hazira it is situated in Ichhapore near Surat City. 2) Good is 2nd and 4th Saturday Weekly off. 3) And working culture.

...rs play politics for give promotion and Ratting and it's effect on your groth. 5) When I resigned and in notice period they stop my Salary from that day, After 1 month notice period they ask me you are not eligible for "APIL and Incentive", You are eligible If you are on roll and company credit your salary in your salary account, I region on 12th Jan 2022 and company declared APIL on 1st April 2021 of 2019-20 and Increment on same 1st April 2021 but Essar Constructions (I) Ltd. do not add APIL and Incentive in my Full and Final Payment after 2 months of relieving date. 6) And baddest HR policies.

Good work experience , environment and culture, Management also good ,company policies are good and they give good salary also..I am happy with my job satisfaction in Essar last 12 years.. And job satisfaction is most important that we got in Essar only..Thanks to Essar Projects and Essar Group...

Our company under NCLT so we have not received increment last 3 years..in NCLT period so many people are left but there is no appoint in there replacement..

Exposure to all kinds of large scale projects

Dislikes

The work culture is really bad. No growth and compensation shown was not paid. A company with almost a billion dollar as loans, complications and no proper adaptability to the market competition. PS: Process engineering team boss is very encouraging, knowledgeable and dynamic unlike the rest.

...Now company drowned in all its name and fame with worst management and politics. No salary and promotions in time.

Dislikes

Complete politics playing in company by management. Never accept job opportunities in Essar. Bitter experience suffered a lot.
