...ent,Work Life Balance There is no leave policy please take care while joining. You need to work from home in case of critical situations but your salary would cut for that. Organization completely for localites.

in terms of training and skill development ESDS is very good. They provides different certification every month. Celebrates all the festivals in office

Everything is awesome here, except over time allowance is not given also sometime need to work on weekends and holidays that too without any additional pay. Usually 9 hours shift but takes 11-12 hrs that too without any extra pay.

There is lots of scope learning and development. Also great place to work. The CEO of ESDS Mr. Piyush Somani has a very good nature and he includes happily with all the employee. Occasionally company trips are also taken to various picnic historical spots and forts. Mr. Piyush Somani happily participates in all those trips and takes good care of all the employees.
