...going. Once the time passes, they will neglect you later they will ignore you. If you want to work what they pay then you are a on-going employee of the Organization for tones of years. But you will not improve wise you life and goals. Company will grow but they won't about Individual grow. As per market standards salary will be given is a bluff word used by TechM as punch line. Please decide if want to retire your self and have good package already then TechM is a cool company for you. If you are aspirant and want to do something then please see here.

They should have to give proper compensation and help to the employees. They need to understand genuine problem of employees.

...ironment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the managment is transparent. Policies are good , appraisals are fair and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resingn on thel job training is not given to new joinees
