EY as a entity is awesome place to get nurture and learn. They have good compensation and the best part the company believes in you and your skills. The most important if one has just started and gets to join EY, join it for learning more and more. Managers are good and all would like to work with them. Work life balance is good not awesome but in start working tirelessly should be the goal

Work life some times gets to long hours

I don't understand their FTE conecpt, most of the Employees in Govt Advisory are hired on FTE basis and even though most of them do BDEV along with project they are not part of company bonus. Any one who has been working on multiple things should be part of company bonus as per my view. To convert to on roll from FTE is still shady and many people don't know how to get it done

Likes

The company's work culture is very good, with timely salary payments, a supportive team, and opportunities to learn and grow. The company is great if you're working on a client-side project. However, if you're working on an internal project, there is no job security.

The company senior forcefully told the candidates, "You can resign on your own, otherwise, I will terminate you."

Everything is negative here, boot-licking culture. Client is always right even they say that a man have 5 legs, EY upper management will agree on that. No support for their employees.

Likes

Good hikes and bonus with changes of working on upcoming and trending technologies, which again would depend on the kind of project you are alloted with. Flexible working is a plus.

Dislikes

Poor work-life balance, toxic managers, tight deadlines.
