EY gives all employees opportunities to learn various processes with in audit like insurance, Mutual funds and aircraft leasing. Employees are also given the opportunity to implement their new ideas on their projects. Employees also get to work with people from various cultures. I got opportunity to with people from Swizz , UK, Ireland and also from Lux and Spain. Along with my work knowledge my people management skills also developed as I manage a team of 7-10 people during the engagement.

Dislikes

As agreed by the top management , EY compensation is less compared to the market. Along with that many a times people end up working for more than 12 hours a day.

Job security and team workers are amazing. Coming to work life balance, i am still struggling along with salary not being so great compared to the work load.

Dislikes

I dont dislike anything as it is a Company that appreciates my work and is providing food on my table.. Also as such EY is great. It is just my expectations which are higher.

The manager was very supportive and the work life balance was good.

Dislikes

...sary pressure to work from office and the unsupportive rude behaviour of the HR. There was nothing given above and beyond the salary not even box of sweets on small occasions. All the team outings and activities were self sponsored.

Appraisals and pay scale amongst the other big 4s are ok

Dislikes

It has terrible work-life balance and toxic work culture. You are forced to work on Saturday by creating undue pressure although there is no deadline
