As long as you don't ask for change in work, as the promised you can, or ask for a raise, because they are deliberately underpaying you, then you will have a good time here.

Dislikes

Says competitive pay in job ads and goes on to underpay you. Ask for a raise and your request will get shot down immediately because "you do not have year long good performance review to create a business case for them to go ahead with the discussion it with their leads". You can help with their vision of building a better working world if you do not ask to change the useless engagements that doesn't contribute to your career growth. And no, your ambitions and hard earned skillsets doesn't really matter. They will assign you as they please. No on the job training. Managerial folks going from friendly to hostile as soon as you ask for a change or raise.

I don't understand their FTE conecpt, most of the Employees in Govt Advisory are hired on FTE basis and even though most of them do BDEV along with project they are not part of company bonus. Any one who has been working on multiple things should be part of company bonus as per my view. To convert to on roll from FTE is still shady and many people don't know how to get it done

Higher management doesn't bother what you do and how are you feeling. No skip level meeting and team synergy. Promotions also way to slow and favoritism is there

Too much of politics, if you are SM like you all the right thing happened to you are life, if they don't like you they will screw your rating appraisal, even though it's not your mistake also they will put on the spot l, no humanity, one of worst team I ever worked

Only thing that is good with EY, is it’s reputation, which is also not correct.

...sic information. There is no specified department or person for employees query. Also, they something thing and give something as salary, they try to deduct salary as much as possible. In my case they dis jot inform me abiut certain deduction which was optional and now i cannot get until unless i leave the company.
