Every year they find a reason to not give you a good hike or bonus. Even they said Corona as a reason, though company did extremely well that year financially. This year they have spend more than enough on splitting EY and dropped it. They don’t have a concern for the people working for them.

Yearly appraisals and Variable pay Is industry best. People policies are supportive to career growth

Dislikes

Work environment in some of the teams is not great. Due to onshore offshore difference of opinion towards work.

...ture 10/10 Work Pressure is sometimes too much Company gives you power to lead Compensation is okay, Appraisals are okay All in all "A Decent company to work for 2 yrs and then switch" Colleagues and Seniors are very well behaved and helpful.

1. Sometimes the work pressure is extreme 2. Bonuses, hikes, appraisals, rewards recognition can be improved

..., specially in times of COVID. Insurance is good. Very less premium for top ups. No variable pay, instead bonus is given on top of CTC.

Dislikes

Work culture is bad. Fast delivery is given priority rather than good quality. During peak workloads have to work on weekends. Java projects are less.

Salary on time (1st every month), lot of training available, Free MBA from Reputed university, 5 days week, Colleagues are highly qualified and having in-depth experience, Fortune 500 company.

Dislikes

Payroll employee are better treated compared to fix term employee, There is a lot of scope of team-work culture, appraisals are not as per merit, like mediocre company appraisals are not that much lucrative and hence attrition rate more.
