Only salary is good. I haven't completed a year so don't know about appraisals.

Pathetic work culture, no work life balance, seniors will not tell you anything and expect you to know everything even if you are a fresher, lack to training, too much office politics, no personal life, seniors treat you like garbage, humiliation, no empathy, only work here if you want to lose your self respect and self confidence, colleagues are too selfish and only boot lickers can succeed here.

Pay scale can be negotiated based on your skills and you can earn almost double with respect to your peers who are at the same level

Dislikes

No logic for allocating resources. Non technical people are showcased as technical experts and have no idea how to deliver projects. Projects were handled very poorly in our team and as a result many clients were lost. But they keep winning projects because of highly competitive bids and thus resources ar overburdened, always

Good place to expose yourself to various technologies. Ideal for first job

Learning gets stagnant after a while Can expect politics based on the team Growth in compensation and benefits slow down after 2 - 3 years

None if you are on bench (for reasons outside your control like your resume not getting selected for client interviews)

Dislikes

EY uses PIP as a tool to fire people. If you are on bench, they will not give you any hike(0%), no bonus, and then put you on PIP when you complain. Once on PIP they will slowly start pressurizing you to resign on your own. This is how EY gets rid of its employees without making it look like they are "laying off"

1. Salary credited on time. 2. Job Security is very good, they did not left your hand in between of tenure

Dislikes

1. You should forget that you have any personal life, when ever you apply for leave for vacation, one question asked to you, Billing loss ho jaayega. 2. Company is totally depend on client statement, of client said this is bad person then final verdict is employee is bad. 3. Appraisals in end of year (October) is maximum 5-6% because the manager always said, abhi to new project hi nahi hai, promotion, Appraisals ye sab directors and Partner ke liye hai.
