Excellent work culture. On time salary. Good work life balance, especially in the GPS. Amazing learning modules created by EY and other udemy learnings which are free you could do in your ideal time. The people are supportive. Work pressure could be there sometimes, but it's not like driving you crazy & you are going nuts.

Joined EY on a contractual basis. Good pay and good work culture with people support.

If you are working in consulting practice you will have to keep moving and doing different work based on the requirements of the project

Their is nothing to like about they make you work for over 10-12 hrs a day without any recognition

The culture is very toxic with office politics always taking first place. Even if you outperform your peers you will not get appraisal or bonus because office politics may not allow it

...e but depends on project to project. There are a lot of scope for career growth. Compensation and increment are good compared to other service based company but it depends on an individual and company performance.
