EY offers you to work in a diverse culture. When I joined EY as a data analyst trainee, I was working with advocates, CAs, Software developers and Data Scientists. There is an open culture...that means you can freely go to your managers, directors or even partners and share your ideas and the best thing abt it was that they take their every employee seriously. Exposure is another factor I like the most. Working in a big4 company is itself a great experience.

Dislikes

The only thing I felt was the brand name plays a high role in the manipulation of your compensation. As compared to Pwc, KPMG or Deloitte, they have less compensations.

Dislikes

I don't understand their FTE conecpt, most of the Employees in Govt Advisory are hired on FTE basis and even though most of them do BDEV along with project they are not part of company bonus. Any one who has been working on multiple things should be part of company bonus as per my view. To convert to on roll from FTE is still shady and many people don't know how to get it done

Likes

The company's work culture is very good, with timely salary payments, a supportive team, and opportunities to learn and grow. The company is great if you're working on a client-side project. However, if you're working on an internal project, there is no job security.

Dislikes

The company senior forcefully told the candidates, "You can resign on your own, otherwise, I will terminate you."

Everything is negative here, boot-licking culture. Client is always right even they say that a man have 5 legs, EY upper management will agree on that. No support for their employees.

Likes

Good hikes and bonus with changes of working on upcoming and trending technologies, which again would depend on the kind of project you are alloted with. Flexible working is a plus.

Dislikes

Poor work-life balance, toxic managers, tight deadlines.
