It was a wonderful experience being a part of EY assurance team. My peers along with the management group have been really supportive throughout this journey. The best part about EY has been that it allows you to maintain your work-life balance and at the same time provides you the opportunity to pursue your qualifications.

Dislikes

The work pressure at some points of the year gets a bit too high. I feel the compensation and incentives could be better.

...sary pressure to work from office and the unsupportive rude behaviour of the HR. There was nothing given above and beyond the salary not even box of sweets on small occasions. All the team outings and activities were self sponsored.

Appraisals and pay scale amongst the other big 4s are ok

It has terrible work-life balance and toxic work culture. You are forced to work on Saturday by creating undue pressure although there is no deadline

Company culture is great though it depends on your team and Managers Work wise it will give you enough opportunity to learn and grow

Salary is not that good. Not upto market standard Too much work pressure People work for more than 12 hours everyday
