it is a great place to work with comfort. It gives you an additional sum for nights, evenings, and holidays. It provides security to your Job i.e. 99% of your job is safe. It provides a lot of learning platforms hence you enhance your skills. overall, you can get a good experience.

They don't promote you easily even if you have skills sometimes. salary hikes are very low as all telecom companies, unlike IT companies.

work life balance is good. Ericsson invest too much on skill development on employee. Job is secured and they make sure employee is somewhere being aligned to some projects. Individual and teamwork is appreciated. work satisfaction depends on the projects and client. company has good culture and try to make its employee happy as much as possible

Salary hike and promotions are on lower side.

Job Security and work life balance is best in industry. But compensation and benefits are not up to the marks. Many people below compensation ratio, even they work hard and smart.

Compensation and benefits are very bad in industry. No Food coupons and other benefit.

Salary & compensation is very less . Even the new joiners in other organization are getting same salary as 10-12 yrs of experienced guys in Ericsson. Promotions are very less & to get promotion you need to go through very ridiculous process likes ETCP/BUGS.

Please do not join Ericsson as a off roll. Ericsson did not think about future of off roll employees. Please you shouldn't join there as (off roll). They will not explain there rules in writing and they will never give you single latter there mention name of Ericsson. And you will never give interview for (ON -ROLL) Position for other departments (whole Ericsson). Thik more before giving here interview because it's your future. Q- Did you get the offer? And:- yes i received for on roll postion for different departments but when I resigned in my third party company then they null and avoid my offer letter without any reason i asked but they didn't reply. Please please Thank you

You can't attend interview in Ericsson for On Roll Position. They will not give you name of Ericsson in your third party offer latter, Salary slip, experience latter. So i did not mention me.of Ericsson in my resume and i salected in Ericsson. When i resigned that moments they told me you can not join. Working days 6 for off roll because I did work 6days without flexibility.
