No promotion Salary very less compared to market standards. Night allowance is same since many years Politics everywhere. Only boot lickers get good ASR and promotion. Almost nill increament. Goals are very tough every year but ASR and ratings are nothing compared to that

work life balance is good. Ericsson invest too much on skill development on employee. Job is secured and they make sure employee is somewhere being aligned to some projects.
