Saturday and Sunday off is the only good thing about this company . Salary is on time

...vel. 4. One will only get promoted only if your favourites of the managers. 5. Promotions doesn’t mean hike in salary. They will increase the work and no hike in salary. 6. HR and HR policy sucks here. 7. They give leave in your kitty however don’t allow you take leaves. 8. They expect you to work on Saturday’s and Sunday’s during there peak season that too without any extra benefit. 9. They don’t understand employees grievances. 10. It is a very toxic place to work.

I worked for 2 years and never got my experience letter. Money was demanded in exchange of my letter, I refused to pay and hence I never got my experience letter. My promotion was taken back when they found out that I was pregnant. Most dysfunctional hr management and team

You will get to learn a lot if you're working in IT. Things like Devops, Server Side, Development, and more.

Dislikes

... deadline, you won't get promoted to full time employee and still be a trainee. The salary is awful for a fresher, which may get incremented by a very small amount. You will most probably have to stretch on weekends if you're in IT in this organization. They expect you to develop and test thoroughly and expect quick deliveries.

Worst ever… even if u dont have a job, dont join here and waste ur time. Better to wait a bit more and crack another one. There is zero job security.

...at any moment without any prior notice and without paying for the notice period. If u are doing less than 9hours then either you leave or salary gets deducted. There is literally no holidays they give.. not even for holi or deewali… there is only 3 national holidays and yearly 4 festive holidays you will get. Apart from that only 3 casual leaves and 18 paid leaves for the year… You will die out of pressure.
