1. The compact team size offers an extra benefit 2. The remuneration and perks are commendable 3. Transportation convenience through the corporate Uber service

1. Absence of adherence to professional ethics is evident 2. Internal politics occasionally impact employees. 3. Certain individuals exacerbate situations by portraying others negativity to managers. 4. While the entire US team operates remotely, the only Indian team is required to be in office. 5. The manager requesting for us to be in office presence to enhance communication. However, the US team continues to work remotely effectively managing the work. We also collaborate with the US team online, yet progress seems stagnant. 6. The outdated old looking office space and furniture at Qcity fails to generate enthusiasm to office.
