Politics play an important role in the bank, No growth, no salary hike and benefits, simply rich getter richer and poor getter poor, uneducated HR are sitting simple with more package, operations team working hard is getting very low package, MR CEO, should look on to this issues directly,

Had more leisure time.. with perks and pay ..situated next to thousand lights and guindy metro..being a banking sector..it has a realtime technical work ground..

Being a trainee.. had less coordination from the senior managers..in terms of knowledge transfer and delegation of work.. had more free time.. which proves not to be a progressive platform for freshers..
