...ys. They have a application installed on the system to monitor productive hours. Employee must pay parking charges. Appraisal process is poor here. There is no recognition here. No standard process this company follows it's all depend on the orthodox method which is decided by the managers. Holidays and WFH is divided half yearly. Some employee must sign bonds so that they don't don't run. They have an anual retreat and again there you need to work and churn your brians. They will force you to participate in retreat. They will force you to write good reviews on social surveys. Not suitable for freshers at all.

Feel connected part of Global company. The recent acquisition by private Equity firm is exciting, lots of growth seems to be planned. Job security looks good.

Dislikes

At times, it can be very fast-paced but if you have good management skills -it can feel very rewarding.

It's been 6 months since I have been associated with Stonewain Systems, and my experience is positive in all aspects.

A great company to work with. Numerous of opportunities and challenges to work upon. But only come if you don’t care about extending your limits of work hours.

Great company to work with but work life balance is not so great.
