Team Overview
Join our Product Support Team in Bengaluru as a Senior Product Support Engineer (L2). In this technical role, you will manage and resolve complex production issues, provide technical leadership within the team, and drive significant process improvements.

Role Responsibilities

• Independently manage and resolve complex business queries for live projects, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.Document and optimize support processes, contributing to the team's knowledge base and driving improvements.
• Lead business knowledge transfer sessions to mentor junior team members and foster their professional development.
• Collaborate with DevOps and other internal teams to automate critical business checks and enhance monitoring systems.
• Take a leading role in Go-live project executions, ensuring successful deployments and thorough post-deployment monitoring.
• Develop advanced SQL scripts and automation tools to resolve production issues and improve system efficiency.
• Monitor production systems, identify trends and potential issues, and proactively implement effective solutions.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of relevant experience in technical support or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Unix, and Python, with experience supporting microservices and messaging middleware such as MQ or Kafka.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in high-pressure production environments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members, lead cross-functional initiatives, and communicate effectively with clients.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and experience driving continuous process improvements.
