Hybrid work environment, Good work life balance, In-hand salary is almost the same as CTC as variable component is small, Seniors are very supportive, There are no mass layoffs in company, most of the people were retained during covid.

Dislikes

Appraisal percentage is low, There are no office parties or team building activities. Only work. There are no sick leaves, we have to use earned leaves for the same which are 2 leaves per month.

...ble financially. No cases of firing till date. Complete WFH option is available. Very good compensation.

Dislikes

Company could benefit from working with industry experts who has knowledge in their respective fields. Especially, architects, cloud architects. HR initiatives needs to be taken to improve employee engagement.

Office location is perfect, great view.

Dislikes

...artment. Skillset growth is not at all supported, the work quality is very poor. Also they increase the salary to that level where your skill sets can not justify it and you become overbudget for next job opportunities. The management is completely company's benefit focused and does not care if loyal employees leave in that process.

Appraisals are good. People are cooperative but are too much busy You will learn many new things Flexible working hours, but you have to work too much in order to finish the tasks. Job security.

Weekend working without comp off or other benefits. No work life balance Hectic schedule, too much work pressure

insane amount of pressure. really bad work culture. technologies being used are totally obsolete. management only wanta you to work. they wont even allow you to take a minute of work. worked for continuous 22 hrs while all seniors were sound sleep. one of the worst company to ever join
