...artment. Skillset growth is not at all supported, the work quality is very poor. Also they increase the salary to that level where your skill sets can not justify it and you become overbudget for next job opportunities. The management is completely company's benefit focused and does not care if loyal employees leave in that process.

Appraisals are good. People are cooperative but are too much busy You will learn many new things Flexible working hours, but you have to work too much in order to finish the tasks. Job security.

Weekend working without comp off or other benefits. No work life balance Hectic schedule, too much work pressure

insane amount of pressure. really bad work culture. technologies being used are totally obsolete. management only wanta you to work. they wont even allow you to take a minute of work. worked for continuous 22 hrs while all seniors were sound sleep. one of the worst company to ever join

Lead design manager was very nice, supportive and got to learn from her even on online mode. But development lead and tech people don't understand the importance of equitable and simple easy to use ux for their old software yet. they keep shooting down proposals for any good overhaul. But interesting projects to work on . Stipend is less.

Dislikes

Projects went nowhere after 3 months of work. Progress is not streamlined. Ux team is only just getting set up with a strong process and practice. But overall learning is good because of manager
