All the decisions are taken from foreign teams. Some India team managers have no knowledge technology on which their teams work. Managers do not provide timely and correct feedback to you. You can be fired any time suddenly without proper reason.

If you want to have a good time with your family along with a job, this is the best company. If you want to moonlight, then this is the best company.

... Micromanagement to another level where it becomes suffocating for an employee . Everything is prorated(salary hike,bonus) in case if someone goes on maternity/LOP leave. Overall worst company to work for.
