Learning opportunities are very poor. Too much top down approach. Feild "On ground" realities are superceded by perception based thoughts of higher Management. No frank and open discussion happening. Top management want you to speak what they like. Very high ego coupled with arrogance prevent facts being discussed for solutions of issues. Top management want to impress Owners and hence they don't allow 2nd layer to openly discuss different opinions and ideas.

Supporting work staff. Salary to be on time. Company culture good. Work environment good.

Some place parciliaty looking. Salary growth very slow. Salary reward not getting according to your performance knowledge.

To attend any breakdown maintenance, PM work of DG, compressor, crane ,3 phase motor, maintain power factor. Documentation work, etc

On the job training is not given to new joinees.salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.
