The only thing you will like in encore is every thing seems too true to be positive.

Basic Salary is low and salary is fixed no matter you are fresher or experienced. People says encore is famous for unlimited incentive wait untill you see ground reality 8-9 years ago people use to make good money. Forget about weekend the organisation doesn't gives you a weekends off except some work group & back office so there goes Your work life balance. Job Security hello Encore is an organisation which is famous for their ATL (Asked To Leave) policy you made a mistake your performance is low company politely tells you to get out by ATL, if you are short tempered person encore is not for you trust me they ATL you like anything. Encore does provide IJP's based on 18 months or 24 months in organisation the candidate shouldn't be on disciplinary actions or PIP for last 6 months before applying and have made 24 or 18 months into organisation, Encore gives IJP in various departments, again it depends on your overall performance and score card. What is most frustrating is even if you become a manager you still have to work on weekends. In all in all if you want to be in encore perform well they don't entertain jokers or time-passer

It gives you immense opportunities to switch your career to a different field with internal IJPs. However, criteria to apply for an IJP is not so good. It'll take you atleast 2 years of wait to become eligible to apply for an IJP once you take any promotion internally.

There's nothing good about this organisation

...ithout pay and then pressured me to either resign or return to the calling role. This situation left me in a financial predicament, but I refused to compromise my health for a meager salary of 28k bucks. It's disheartening when a company values its employees' well-being so little. My message to my manager is simple: Please stop prioritizing your personal agenda over the well-being of employees. When an employee provides genuine documentation related to their health issues, especially in a captive unit, it should be a clear signal to prioritize their health and well-being by shifting them to a more suitable role, such as the backend team. It's essential to consider the needs of employees and act in their best interests.
