Salary on time.

Dislikes

Politics and communication gap between Team and seniors, Seniors try to impose their own rules outside the company policy. And they continuously spoil the environment in the work place, that many reasons new comers will not want to work here at all. Because there is a lot of monopoly of people who have been working here for a long time..

The Work Environment is relatively stable, allowing life to go on without constant disruptions

Dislikes

...ant, with little to no opportunities for career advancement or financial growth. There is no progress in terms of work or salary. This lack of progress is demotivating and does not encourage long term commitment. I would not recommend this company, (specially Hyderabad location) based on my experience.

Team is supporting in nature. Higher level authority are very friendly and not much pressure on employees. Also free healthy food and unlimited coffe tea are there.

Encora have flexible working feasibility.

Dislikes

1. There is no bonus or variable pay component 2. Salary revision or benefits is not as per the market standard 3. There are organization policies that needs to revisited as per the current industry culture. There is no sick leave component. Person being sick has only option to use the paid leave. 4. Financial and career growth is slow here. Promotion cycle is 3 years irrespective of the work performance. Due to this iteration rate is also high. 5. Appraisal and hike is based on the budget availability irrespective of the performance. 6. Apart from work and salary there is not extra benefits in terms of team engagement and outings. No budget is allocated for that. 6. Work culture seems to be more traditional and out dated compared to other good companies.
